Last Updated: (August 31, 2026)

Welcome to The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint (the “Program,” “Guide,” or “Course”). By purchasing, accessing, or using The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase or use the Program.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint is an educational and informational resource designed to assist student-athletes and their families in better understanding the college soccer recruiting process.

The Program has been developed based on the experience, knowledge, observations, research, and individual perspectives of its creators and contributors. The information provided is intended as a guide and educational resource and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, prediction, or assurance of any specific recruiting outcome.

Every athlete, family, college program, coach, recruiting situation, and recruiting cycle is different. College recruiting decisions are made independently by individual coaches, programs, institutions, and athletic departments, and are outside of the control of the creators of this Program.

2. No Guarantee of Recruitment or Recruiting Outcome

PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SOCCER RECRUITING BLUEPRINT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AN ATHLETE WILL BE RECRUITED, CONTACTED, OFFERED A ROSTER POSITION, OFFERED A SCHOLARSHIP, ADMITTED TO A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN COLLEGIATE SOCCER.

No representation, statement, strategy, recommendation, example, communication technique, worksheet, resource, or other material contained within the Program should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.

The creators of The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint make no promises or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

  • College coach interest or communication;

  • Recruiting opportunities;

  • Offers of admission;

  • Athletic scholarships or other financial aid;

  • Roster positions;

  • Offers to participate in college soccer;

  • Walk-on opportunities;

  • NCAA eligibility;

  • Placement with any particular college, university, conference, or soccer program; or

  • Any other recruiting or collegiate outcome.

Past experiences, examples, testimonials, or results discussed within the Program are provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an indication or guarantee of future results.

3. Educational and Informational Resource Only

The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint is intended solely as an educational and informational tool.

The Program does not provide individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, academic, admissions, NCAA compliance, or professional recruiting advice unless specifically stated otherwise.

Participants and their families are responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions regarding colleges, universities, athletic programs, coaches, scholarships, financial aid, academic requirements, eligibility requirements, recruiting rules, and other matters related to the college recruiting process.

Information, rules, policies, requirements, recruiting timelines, scholarship regulations, NCAA rules, institutional policies, and college program circumstances may change. Users should independently verify current information with the appropriate college, university, athletic department, coach, governing organization, or other qualified professional.

4. Self-Directed Program

The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint is a self-directed and self-propelled educational program.

The purchaser determines how, when, and to what extent they use the Program and its resources. The creators do not control whether, how often, or how effectively a purchaser or athlete implements the strategies, recommendations, worksheets, communication methods, or other materials provided.

The purchaser acknowledges that the results obtained from using the Program, if any, may depend upon numerous factors outside of the creators’ control, including but not limited to an athlete’s athletic ability, academic performance, geographic location, position, graduation year, level of competition, recruiting market, communication, exposure, timing, roster availability, coaching decisions, institutional needs, and the actions of the athlete and family.

5. No Professional Relationship or Representation

Purchase or use of The Soccer Recruiting Blueprint does not create an agency, fiduciary, coaching, legal, financial advisory, employment, or other professional relationship between the purchaser and the creators of the Program.

The creators are not acting as an agent or representative of the athlete and do not have authority to negotiate with, represent, or make decisions on behalf of an athlete or family.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CREATORS, OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE SOCCER RECRUITING BLUEPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PURCHASE, ACCESS, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM.

This includes, without limitation, any loss or disappointment resulting from:

  • Changes in NCAA rules, college policies, recruiting regulations, or eligibility requirements;

  • Errors, omissions, or outdated information within the Program;

  • Technical issues or interruptions affecting access to the Program; or

  • Actions or decisions taken by the purchaser or athlete based upon information contained within the Program.
