The program is designed to fit your schedule, with each module available through 12 audio recordings, so athletes and parents can learn in the format that works for them. 10 practical worksheets help you stay organized, track your progress, and turn what you learn into action, while bonus videos featuring athletes and coaches provide real-world insight, tips, and best practices from people who have been through the process.
